Big O Tires of Loveland, a locally owned and operated business, is committed to giving back to their community. Beyond the smell of tire rubber and oil grease is a hard-working team that uses their automotive skill sets to benefit the community well beyond the vehicle services that they offer.
Store owners Dana and Laura Foote hold family as one of their top values in both their personal and professional lives. They operate their business as a family unit – Laura’s strong motherly spirit even goes to the extent of bringing in homemade meals for the staff a few times a week.
In the spirit of honoring the strength found in family, every year Big O Tires of Loveland celebrates Mother’s Day with the goal of not letting any mother go unforgotten. They believe that all mothers, both young and old, should be recognized.
This year, Big O Tires of Loveland spread joy to residents in local nursing homes by gifting flowers to all the female residents at Good Samaritan Society, The Wexford Independent Senior Living Center and Lakeview Commons Assisted Living. With the help of Fossil Creek Nursery, they were able to secure nearly 200 hundred individually potted indoor perennials that will flower year-round and bring joy to their living space.
“I could just stare at these flowers all day long,” exclaimed one of the residents who was grateful for the generous gift!
