Building season is upon us! As the warming days become longer, spring is one of NoCO Custom Homes’ – a local custom home builder in northern Colorado – favorite times of year. For many, the winter months are spent conceptualizing and dreaming up what their “dream home” might look like. Now is the time to start bringing those dreams to fruition.

NoCO Custom Homes is comprised of a powerhouse husband-wife duo that has been building beautiful homes in the northern Colorado since 2012. Founder Jason Jones, a former Marine Corps Sergeant, decided to turned his passion for working with blueprints and drawing floor plans into a career when he started NoCO Custom Homes. From the first meeting to the last, Jason works closely with each client to refine the overall design of the home working with the architects and builders to get the job done right.

His wife, Dani Jones, serves as the Selections Coordinator. Bringing her creative vision to the table, Dani works intricately with each client and vendor on every minute detail of the interior design to turn empty rooms into tasteful yet functional spaces.

In the process of building exceptionally beautiful homes, Jason and Dani form incredibly strong relationships with each client. Together, they take on the dirty work for their clients, so that the new home-owners-to-be can enjoy the process of this special chapter in life.
