You may have heard, “The only way to grow is to challenge yourself,” and that’s exactly what Mantooth’s Director of Events has done for the past seven years. Callie Hoppe is moving on to a new challenge and one that we’re excited to see her tackle and grow even more in the career of special events. Are we sad to see her go? You bet we are. But are we excited that she’s moving on to a great place that will take her experience to a new level? You bet we are.
Pre-Covid, Callie and her team would execute 45 to 60 event days annually. She gave up weekends and evenings, collected every color of a marker for her crazy organizational planners, learned everything there was to learn about permits, insurance, sound variances, liquor laws, traffic flows, and health department codes. In 2020 Callie was recognized by NoCo Style as a 30 Under 30 for her event abilities and managing a budget of $750,000 on an annual basis.
Where is Callie going? We’re excited to share that Callie will be transitioning to the Town of Timnath as their Special Events Coordinator. For those who don’t know, for the last eight years, Mantooth has executed all events within the Town of Timnath. When Callie joined us she quickly took the lead in Timnath and alongside our team, helped create many events that are favorites within northern Colorado. The plan all along was for the Town to eventually bring the events all in-house which happened end of 2020. We’re so excited that Callie gets to continue to watch what she helped create and grow as the community grows.
