As the population in northern Colorado continues to grow, houses are popping up rapidly just east of i-25 in the Town of Timnath. A constant flux of trucks and construction companies are inundating the area working hard to widen street lanes and build new homes to keep up with demand. It is projected that within the next 20 years, the current population of 4,500 residents will grow to 20,000.
Many of the new residents in the Town of Timnath are young families that were not only searching for new and slightly more affordable homes, but also a strong sense of community. This is where the Town of Timnath and Mantooth Marketing & Events partnership comes in.
The Town of Timnath is fiercely determined to provide residents with ample opportunities to enjoy the land they live in and strengthen friendships within the community. Mantooth was also thrilled to help the Town of Timnath host their grand opening for the new Town Center located at 4750 Signal Tree Drive. In efforts to keep up with the growing population, the new building is now open to the public where residents can rent out rooms in the 16,000 square-foot space using both the large community room and conference rooms. The new building has also created more space to house the town council, municipal court and planning commission.
