Who else is trying their best to get into the Christmas spirit this December? We know it is harder than usual this year to spread some holiday cheer, but there are still plenty of ways to safely get yourself in the Christmas mood! Mantooth works with a number of clients who either put on an extravagant display of Christmas lights or who sponsor some of the wonderful lights around town, so we’ve put together a list of some of the best lights to go see this month!
Colorado Youth Outdoor’s is hosting a drive-thru Winter Wonderland experience this holiday season. Our client, the Town of Timnath, is sponsoring this event in place of their normal Holiday Lighting Festival, which could not happen this year. The NoCo Winter Wonderland is one mile long with outdoor and wildlife themed light sculptures and is approximately 15 minutes long. Want to also do some good while getting in the spirit? CYO is donating proceeds from certain nights throughout the month to UcHealth’s Northern Colorado Foundation, Respite Care, and Boys and Girls Clubs of Weld and Larimer County. The Gardens on Spring Creek’s Garden of Lights is a cherished Fort Collins Christmas tradition! The Garden of Lights features a half-mile loop of flower beds, huge sculptures, butterflies, a holiday village and other favorite garden creatures, all constructed entirely from holiday lights. In order to make this a safe experience, only 100 guests will be allowed per hour and face covers will be required, which will help keep you warm on any night you decide to visit. This wonderful holiday event is sponsored by our client, Ent Credit Union! To reserve your tickets, visit https://www.fcgov.com/gardens/garden-of-lights
Front Range Village Shopping Center is hosting a Holiday Light Show synced to your favorite holiday music. This is happening every night from 5 to 9 p.m. through January 1st! Stop by to watch the lights, grab some food, and do some holiday shopping!
Old Town Fort Collins has gorgeous Christmas lights up from the end of November through Valentine’s Day. Take a stroll through downtown and look at the lights while also supporting local businesses and getting some Christmas shopping done. We recommend checking out Domistyle, Silver Grill Café, and Mary’s Mountain Cookies if you are looking for some fantastic gifts or a sweet treat!
Lights for Habitat is a two-house light display at 321 and 325 Albion Way in Fort Collins. This light display is put on by individuals who were the recipient of a Habitat for Humanity house, and now this family puts on an impressive light display every year, raising money to be donated to our client, Fort Collins Habitat for Humanity. Lights for Habitat is a light show synced to music, so tune into 89.1 FM and listen to the music while watching the show from the comforts of your car. While they are not taking cash donations this year due to COVID, you can donate on their website or send a check directly to the Habitat for Humanity office at 1600 Palm Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80526
